2002 Pierce Saber 1500/750
147 Engine is a 2002 Pierce Saber pumper with seating for 8 Firefighters. The engine is powered by a 330 HP Cummins motor, is equipped with a 1500 GPM Waterous Pump, a 750 gallon water tank along with 65 gallons of class B AFFF foam. This unit carries 1600' of 5" supply line, multiple attack lines (1.75" and 2.5"), Drager SCBA's, truck mounted and portable deluge guns, 2 Bullard Thermal imaging cameras, electric PPV fan, a compliment of ground ladders, hand tools, and a 10 KW Harrison hydraulic generator.
147 Rescue
2016 Spartan Gladiator / 4-Guys
147 Rescue is a 2016 Spartan Gladiator/4 Guys Heavy Rescue Squad powered by a 500 HP Cummins ISX-15 motor. This unit has a seating capacity for 8 Firefighters and is set up for many aspects of rescue including, but not limited to, vehicle/machinery entrapments, rope rescue, confined space rescue, trench rescue, and atmospheric monitoring. This unit is the designated Heavy Rescue for Elizabeth Township and is readily available to respond with the South Hills Area Council of Governments (SHACOG) Technical Rescue Team which provides services to several municipalities throughout the region. The rescue has a 25' walk-in box constructed from stainless steel and includes a 25' Wil-burt light tower, 35kw hydraulic generator, 8 Drager SCBA's, Hurst and American Genesis hydraulic tools, Paratech Lifting bags and pneumatic shores, an oxy-acetylene cutting torch, 3 Bullard thermal imaging cameras, a large compliment of wood shoring, and over 2100' of rescue rope and appliances. There is a 16,500 lb. fixed winch in the front bumper and a pinable/portable winch stored in the rear step manufactured by WARN. 147 Rescue carries several saws able to cut through wood, metal, and concrete, a compliment of portable ladders, an onboard air system, and multiple water cans and dry chemical extinguishers.
147 Attack
2011 Ford F-550 / Rally BRAT 250/10
147 Attack is a 2011 Ford F-550 4x4 Mini-Pumper powered by a 6.7L Power Stroke diesel motor capable of transporting 2 firefighters. This unit has a CET High Pressure and volume pump along with a FoamPro 1600 Class A foam system. This vehicle has a 250 gallon water and a 10 gallon class A foam tank, 2 Drager SCBA's, 500' of supply line, 3 attack lines, hand tools, hooks, and a 16' portable ladder. This unit was specifically designed for hard to reach buildings and properties where the larger apparatus would not fit.
147 Squad
2008 Ford F-350
147 Squad is a 2008 Ford F-350 4x4 powered by a 6.4L Powerstroke diesel motor and is capable of transporting 5 Firefighters. This unit carries EMS and traffic control gear and is capable of towing our off-road rescue trailer carrying (2) ATV's and brush fire equipment.
147 AV 1
2013 Polaris Ranger 6 X 6
147 SOV (Special Operations Vehicle) is a 2013 Polaris Ranger 6x6 capable of transporting multiple firefighters/rescue personnel to remote off-road areas for environmental rescues or deep seated agricultural fires where larger equipment would normally not fit or be able to access. This vehicle has a fixed 6000 lb. WARN winch mounted in the front bumper, a tow behind chariot for the stokes basket, a 90 gallon water tank and pump, and an attachable bi-pod for rope rescue.

2010 Kawasaki BruteForce 750
147 ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) is a 2010 Kawasaki Brute Force 750. This unit is used to rapidly transport Rescue or EMS personnel to injured victims in remote locations to establish initial care and ready the victim for transport, shuttle firefighters during brush fire operations, or aid in Search and Rescue duties. This vehicle was donated to us by the Elizabeth Township Police Department and is available to them if needed for any reason.
147 Car
2007 Chevrolet Impala
Car 147 formerly served as an Elizabeth Township Police patrol unit. This vehicle is not equipped with any audible or visual warning devices or communications equipment. It's primary function is to transport fire fighters to and from training, leaving our emergency response units available for calls when possible.
